our history

Hryniuk Hall Motorsports was established in 2017. But our roots in racing go much further back than that.


​HHM is a third generation motorsports team that can trace it's roots back to Checker Flag Speedway in Windsor Ont..

John Hryniuk was a sponsor and crew member of racers that included John Banks and Bob Merrifield. His efforts included trips to crew at Nascar races form Michigan International Speedway to the high banks of Daytona.

Ron Hall is a long time crew member that has had him travel from coast to coast in North America, and to this day is still involved in the Nascar Pinty's Series with 22racing driving their hauler and working on Alex Tagliani's team. He is also pressed into duty with our team, passing on his vast experience.

At the young age of 15 Mike Sr. was bitten by the racing bug and successfully started his own racing career at Checker Flag Speedway.   Mike's career quickly took off and found him in the Cascar series running across Canada. Mike's career was highlighted by many wins across Canada and a mutually beneficial partnership with STP sponsoring his car.
Recent years have found Mike return to the winners circle in the Ontario Sportsman Series across Ontario. At the end of 2017 Mike decided the future was now and it was time to pass the torch to his son Michael Jr. 

Mark has been around race cars since he was able to walk, his father Ron crewed for Jack Monaghan when he was young. Years later he would be part of Beauchamp Motorsports crewing for Jack Monaghan , Ron Beauchamp Jr. and Ted Musgrave in a one race Cascar deal. He has also spent time crewing in the states in the Iceman series for Brett Reaume, and Hooters Pro Cup for Ron Beauchamp Jr.    Mark's background in marketing and tool and die come in handy when running a race team.

Michael Jr.  has literally grown up at a race track, since taking over the reigns of the 15 in 2017 there has been no looking back,
his future as a driver looks bright with aspirations of running at Nascar's higher levels in the coming years.
